About Reviorum
Reviews you can trust, because no one can buy them
Reviorum is an independent platform where people review websites, apps and companies. Here’s exactly how it works — including how we make money.

From experience to rating
-
1. You write
Anyone with a real experience can review. Verified customers get a badge.
-
2. We screen
Automated checks plus human moderators look for fakes and personal data.
-
3. Company replies
Businesses can reply publicly — never edit or delete.
-
4. Rating updates
The score is a weighted average of the last 24 months.
How the score is calculated
One number, built only from reviews. Technical checks, ads and editorial rankings never feed into it.
Weighted average
Each review counts once. Reviews from the last 12 months weigh 2× more than those 12–24 months old. Older reviews stay visible but don’t count.

Minimum reviews
A score appears only after 10 published reviews. Before that, we show the reviews without a number.

Our rules for businesses
-
Not allowed: No deleting reviews
Not on any plan. Companies can report a review; a moderator decides.
-
Not allowed: No paying for position
Rankings follow ratings. Ads sit in separate “Sponsored” slots.
-
Required: Public replies
Every company can reply to every review, for free.
-
Required: Invite all customers
Invitations must go to everyone — not only happy customers.

How we make money
Business subscriptions (tools for replying, analytics and widgets) and clearly labelled sponsored placements. Neither changes a rating, a review, or a ranked position. Advertising policy → · Business plans →
