No. Ratings come only from reviews, and rankings only from ratings. Paid tools help you reply faster, collect more reviews and show your rating — never change it.
Can I remove negative reviews?
No company can. You can reply publicly and report reviews that break our guidelines; a moderator decides.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
