Writing reviews

• Reviews must describe your own genuine experience.
• You may not be paid or rewarded for a review, or review a business you work for or compete with.
• No personal data of others, hate speech, threats or links to unrelated content.

Moderation

We check reviews against our guidelines. Businesses can reply and report reviews, but they cannot edit or remove them, and no paid plan changes a rating.

Business accounts

Businesses verify ownership before managing a profile. Promotions and widgets are subject to separate commercial terms: [link].
